Cain Chiropractic was established in the Hamilton downtown core in 1999. We are presently located in the Hamilton City Centre attached to Jackson Square. Our mission is to "Restore the Power Within". Our goal is to assist the body in becoming re-energized and heal itself. Healing could be for minor aches, pains, stiffness from sitting too much at work or from weekend activities that sometimes over-stress our bodies. Work injuries and motor vehicle accident injuries also benefit from chiropractic care. We have many state-of-the-art modality machines that provide pain relief, reduce swelling and promote healing. These machines work very well for recovery of sports injuries as well. My personal background with various sports activities, a Masters Degree in Sports Science (Sports Medicine), along with teaching sports injuries at McMaster University, all serve to help me understand your needs as a patient and your desire to get active again as soon as possible.
